FALL 2025 SCHEDULE

• All team managers MUST have all players birth certificates and a copy of team insurance on hand for the duration of the tournament.

• Teams that cannot provide birth certificates when asked will automatically forfeit

• Both team’s managers MUST sign the umpires game card to verify score and pitching record

• Discrepancies need to be addressed immediately and brought to the Tournament Director if it cannot be resolved with the umpire and opposing coach

• All Managers, coaches, players and spectators must conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards opposing players, umpires and complex representatives or be subject to discipline by umpires and/or tournament director.
